If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a trade company or agency, you represent that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity.
Peaks AI provides autonomous telephone voice receptionists, dispatch webhooks, custom software automations, and a distributed marketplace linking verified student engineering talent with trade contractors and agency clients.
While Peaks AI agents are powered by frontier neural networks and NVIDIA NIM inference acceleration:
Developers and sales representatives participating in the Peaks AI network acknowledge:
Upon full milestone payment, clients receive a perpetual, royalty-free license or full assignment to custom workflows, scripts, and integration repositories created during their engagement. Peaks AI retains underlying proprietary agent orchestrators, base templates, and inference acceleration architectures.
Either party may terminate subscription services with 30 days written notice. Peaks AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from telecommunications network carrier outages or third-party telephony provider downtime.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. In the event of any controversy, the parties agree to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation followed by binding arbitration.
